Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our target standard across the marketing site and application, and we consider accessibility throughout design and development rather than as an afterthought.

2. What we have implemented

• Semantic HTML structure with a single main landmark and a "skip to content" link on every page.
• Keyboard-operable navigation and interactive controls, with visible focus states.
• Form fields associated with explicit labels for screen-reader users.
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting — the cinematic intro and scroll-reveal animations are disabled for users who request reduced motion.
• A high-contrast dark interface, with ongoing work to verify all text meets the AA 4.5:1 contrast ratio.
• Responsive layouts that reflow to smaller viewports and support browser zoom.

3. Known limitations & ongoing work

Accessibility is never "finished". We are actively reviewing colour-contrast on low-emphasis text tokens, expanding ARIA labelling on dense operator components, and improving screen-reader announcements for dynamic content such as decision streams and case queues. If you encounter a barrier we have not yet addressed, we want to know.

4. Feedback & requesting an alternative format

If you have difficulty using any part of Sentrix, or need information in an alternative format, contact support@sentrix.world with a description of the problem and the page or feature involved. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and will work with you to provide the information or function you need.

5. Assessment approach

We combine automated testing (accessibility linters and audit tools) with manual keyboard and screen-reader checks during development. As the product matures we intend to commission periodic independent accessibility review; where that has not yet taken place, we do not claim formal certification we do not hold.
