Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as local storage and session tokens — perform comparable functions. Sentrix uses a deliberately minimal set: strictly-necessary cookies that make the platform work, and optional analytics that we load only where permitted. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How to control cookies
Optional analytics are off by default and load only if you opt in. You can change your choice at any time through our consent controls, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Because strictly-necessary cookies are required for the platform to function securely, they cannot be switched off; disabling them may prevent sign-in and core features from working.

The operating entity for the Sentrix service is identified below. Fields marked “to be confirmed on execution” are completed with the contracting entity's registered particulars in the executed Order Form or master agreement.
